New Rules (this has been made for the best)

1. no God Modding
2. no cheating up your character page
3. only high class med ninja and kage can revive people
4.you must learn your jutsus from a sensei
5.must make your own jutsu in the jutsu paralament and must get a approved before using it.
6.those who god mod will be put down a rank and those who die in battle or through a sacrificed jutsu will have to restart all over from gennin and work there way up to become the same rank they once were..they do not know any jutsu till they learn them they can not learn them on there own they mustlearn them by a sensei and they know of none of there old bloodline
7.admins are excempt to rules 5 and 6 and mods and alex...
8.all admins must ask Ryan Shizume or Nasuke before doing anything noticable in the admin panel
